Terms and Conditions for Bell Tent Stays

These terms are in addition to our main site terms and conditions which you can find here

  1. For extra cleaning: Guests are reminded that they must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived, remove all food items and personal belongings, and follow Hennock Hideaways instructions about where to place rubbish etc., and return any moved inventory items to each accommodation unit or they may be liable for extra cleaning costs.

  2. If the accommodation unit is not left in an unacceptable condition and Hennock HIdeaways has to carry out extra cleaning above and beyond what they would normally expect this will be charged at £15 per individual staff hour.  Hennock Hideaways reserves the right to deduct this payment from your payment card used to make the booking, following their stay. Hennock Hideaways will also deduct any costs arising from damaged goods we are made aware of during your stay. You must let us know of any accidental damage immediately. A degree of normal wear and tear is to be expected but should any significant damage or breakage occur during the period of your stay you will be held responsible and liable to a charge equal to the lowest current market value. We aim to be as fair as possible.

  3. Included in the accommodation price: rental of the bell tent booked, access to designated areas of Hennock Hideaways, water, and wood provided in accommodation (one bag of wood per stay).  NOT included in the accommodation price: rubbish collection (rubbish sacks should be left in the refuse area), stripping beds, washing up of all used kitchenware, firewood for firepits, firewood for wood-burning stoves above the allowance.

  4. Self-Check-in is welcome, park outside the glamping gate and walk to your Bell Tent. You can text via 07540381729 to confirm check-in and for any questions.

  5. There's a guide to the site and local amenities in your Bell

  6. Please adhere to any instructions given in your bell tent and kitchen area.

  7. The bell tent price includes the double bed with bedding and towels for two persons. Any further bedding and/or towels must be provided by you.

  8. Parking for all guests is available on-site and is free of charge.

  9. If you have guests staying on the main campsite field and invite them over to the private glamping area please show some courtesy to the other guests in the other Bell Tent.

Dog Deposits

  1. Pets are allowed and can stay free of charge.

  2. £25 is payable per stay and covers more than one four-legged friend.

  3. It has become necessary to charge deposits in case we cannot remove hair/urine from furnishings. If we do not need to replace anything the deposit is fully refundable after departure.

  4. Please do not leave your dog alone in the accommodation. You are responsible for any damages caused to the property by your dog. Please pick up all dog mess.

  5. In consideration of future guests if you are inclined to let your dog sleep on the bed please bring your own bedding.
