2025/26 Season Update

Camping at Hennock Hideaways remains open for the winter with discount rates of 33% starting from Thursday 21st September 2025.

Just a little reminder that during low season (October–April) we go into full “hibernation mode.” Most of our facilities are snoozing for the winter, which is why you’ll notice the lovely low-season discount. We also don’t cut the grass,  it’s not laziness, promise! The grass simply refuses to be cut when it’s frosty.

Our showers and loos are wide awake, and logs are still available in the honesty shop (though nothing else in there works at this time of year, it’s basically just the logs and good intentions).

 

No need for an in-person check-in either. You can get yourself settled digitally via the emails sent automatically from our booking system.

The tea shed is currently stuffed with play equipment, so it’s having a little winter break too. The play area is closed, so don’t expect much excitement there unless you enjoy watching mist roll in.

Glamping reopens on Friday 22nd May 2026, and the full camping season begins on Friday 1st May 2026, when all facilities, including the Honesty Shop, will be open again.
